Pickup in Marrakech around 7:00am, a scenic 1.5-hour drive to Imlil (1,740m). From there it's roughly 5–6 hours on foot through the village of Aroumd and past the Sidi Chamharouch shrine, gaining altitude steadily to the Toubkal Refuge (3,207m), where you'll have dinner and rest for the night.
An early start, around 4:00am, for the 3–4 hour climb to the summit (4,167m), timed to reach the top around sunrise for views over the Atlas and, on a clear day, the Sahara. Descend to the refuge for a late breakfast (about 2 hours down), then continue on to Imlil (a further 2–3 hours) before driving back to Marrakech, arriving by early evening — roughly 7–9 hours of walking in total on day 2.
